Welcome Back to the Adrenaline - Ty Wright!

The Adelaide Adrenaline are happy to announce the return of #21 Ty Wright!

Ty joined the Adrenaline for the 2024 season, icing in 29 games and picking up 3 assists during his team with us – and he’s back for round two in 2025.

During his time with us, Ty showed an incredible amount of commitment, often playing through niggles and injuries and doing a great job while doing so. His commitment, along with many other positive attributes, deemed Ty an asset that GM Glen Foll had to have back for this season – “Bringing Ty back was something we wanted to do from the get-go, he’s a great guy and does his job extremely well. With a season in the AIHL under his belt, I’m excited to see him in action for his second season!”

Ty is currently somewhere between Canada and Adelaide, with him being set to join the team this week as preperations get further underway – so we spoke to Ty last week for his thoughts on his return to the Adrenaline! – “I’m really excited to be coming back for year two. I felt last year was a good year personally for me, just getting my rhythm back after having so much time off from Covid. I hope to keep building on that and really get back to my old self. I’m really excited to be around the boys again and to play in front of the best fans in the league!”
