The Adelaide Adrenaline are ecstatic to announce the return of another key piece of upcoming Australian talent, with #4 Julian Friederich set to be back in the blue and gold for the 2025 season!
Julian comes off the back of a spectacular 2024 season, a year where he put up x amount of points and finished 5
th in our top scorers list, on his way to earning the honour of the 2024 Coach’s Award from Kaden Elder.
In addition to his impressive on-ice performances for the Adrenaline, this also extended to representing Team Australia in Serbia, with the U20s. In Serbia, Julian was a part of the leadership team, adding another tool to his quickly expanding arsenal.
After signing on the dotted line, we caught up with Julian – “I’m excited to be back in action with the team and I’m ready to help the boys push for success and make it a memorable season!”
Julian is the fourth piece of our puzzle for the 2025 season, which just seemed fitting for our #4, with GM Glen Foll having this to say on the budding talent – “Julian is big, fast, and reads the game well. He found his own in 2024 and scored some big goals, bringing him back and having the opportunity to be a part of his development is great for the club and I can’t wait to see him back on the ice this April.”
