Welcome Back to the Adrenaline - Josh Adkins!

The Adelaide Adrenaline are pleased to confirm the return of import forward, #12 Josh Adkins!
 
The 29-Year-Old forward is back in Adelaide for the 2025 season, in what will be his second season with the Adrenaline and his third in the AIHL, where he’ll look to follow up on his 2024 season where he was the team’s top points scorer.
 
Having played in the BCHL, NCAA III, SPHL, France2 and the NIHL, as well as the AIHL, Josh brings a wealth of experience and he’s put up impressive numbers wherever he has been – with 2025 hoping to provide more of the same from Josh.
 
Josh is the first of our imports to be announced, with GM Glen Foll having Josh set in his sights early on – “Josh brings his all night in and night out, whether it’s gameday, training or team events. And that’s off the ice as well, he fits in extremely well and he’s been a big part of the leadership team and he puts up the points for us as well, which is always important. Bringing him back was an easy decision and I’m sure the fans will be just as happy to see him back, as we are to have him.”
 
We also spoke to Josh on his return, - "I’m very happy and grateful to be back for another season in Adelaide. Our group continues to grow and improve and I really feel like it’s going to be an exciting year for South Australian hockey fans. Playing for the Adrenaline and being apart of the hockey community here has been an unbelievable experience so far and I’m excited to be a part of it again in 2025!"
