The Adelaide Adrenaline are glad to confirm the re-signing of #9 Marcel McGuiness!

Marcel is back with the Adrenaline for his fifth season, he's got 64 games under his belt, with 8 goals and 5 assists tallied during that time. Marcel took to the ice in 2023-24 after joining us part way through the season, he noticed 3 goals across those 11 games and logged an impressive 0 PIMs.

We asked Marcel how he was feeling ahead of the 2025 season - "I'm excited to be back, it was great to be back last season and I'm ready to go again in 2025! The support from the fans has been great and I'd like to thank my sponsor Claire for her support as well."

With just 3 weeks until our first game of the season, GM Glen Foll is happy about the return of Marcel - "He made an immediate impact last season, it was like he never left. That made bringing him back an easy decision and I'm glad to get it over the line."
